1. WATCH Jess, Dan and Ted on KTTC NewsCenter Today February 7, 8, 11, 12, 13.  Around 5:55am, have your cell phone ready.
2. When they say it's time, TEXT in the keyword FLOWERS. 
3. Don't put your phone down, because if you do WIN, you'll have just a few minutes to text back your name and city.

If you don't win, don't worry.  Flowers by Jerry still wants to give you a deal.  Everyone who didn't win will receive a text giving you a deal on a dozen roses.  All you have to do is bring your cell phone in to Flowers by Jerry (located at 410 3rd Ave SE, Rochester OR 122 10th St NE, Rochester).
