EAST LANSING, Mich. (KTTC-DT/AP) -- A week after its first loss of the season, 16th-ranked Michigan State will try to get back on track this weekend when the Spartans host Minnesota.
Michigan State fell 37-6 to Iowa last weekend.
Spartans coach Mark Dantonio insists his team doesn't need to panic. Quarterback Kirk Cousins, who had been having an outstanding season, threw costly interceptions against the Hawkeyes and will be hoping to bounce back Saturday.
Minnesota was blown out last weekend, 52-10, by Ohio State. The Golden Gophers have lost eight straight games.
