ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC-DT) -- Two men are behind bars after an arrest for trespassing.
Police were called to the 300 Block of 1st Avenue Southwest around 3 a.m. Sunday.
Four police officers responded to the scene and found two adult males had climbed to the top of a construction crane.
Both suspects came down on their own after talking with authorities.
According to officers, both men had been drinking.
They are identified as 23 year old Joshua Lien and 23 year old Eric Clausen.
Both were arrested and are being held in the adult detention center for court Monday.
They are charged with criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.
No one was injured in the incident.
