WABASHA COUNTY, Minn. (KTTC) -- A 49-year-old man is dead after an accident at a silo in Wabasha County Friday morning.

He was found unconscious, stuck on a ladder with a safety cage on the exterior of a silo about 35 feet in the air at Drysdale Farms.

The farm is located on County Road 30 between Wabasha and Kellogg around 10:15 a.m.

The Wabasha County Sheriff says the cause of death appears to be an unknown medical issue.

The man was an employee of Drysdale Farms.

His name will be released after family members are notified.
