Late Thursday afternoon, a passerby discovered the truck, but the driver Seth Strusz, was missing.
The 32-year-old male from Hartland, Minn. may have wandered from the vehicle. The incident happened on 725th Avenue near the intersection of County Highway 14.
Investigators say, the windshield is shattered and blood is visible.
Canine units, helicopters, and 40 to 50 volunteers searched Thursday night and deputies say there was a trail of blood.
Officials were also door knocking on nearby farms, asking if the missing driver has been seen.
The Manchester Fire Department, the Minnesota State Patrol, and other surrounding law enforcement offices have responded.
