* FLOOD STAGE IS 16.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER IS AT ITS CREST RIGHT NOW. THE RIVER WILL
HOVER NEAR 16.5 FEET OVERNIGHT BEFORE BEGINNING A SLOW FALL BY
MORNING. WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO DROP BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY
EARLY WEDNESDAY.
* IMPACT...AT 16.5 FEET...WATER MAY BEGIN TO GO OVER THE ROAD
COVERING PART OF HIGHWAY C NEAR HIGHWAY 18.
