* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional wet snow accumulations of
up to one inch and a glaze of ice are expected this morning.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Wisconsin and northeast Iowa.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST early this morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The snow and ice will result in difficult
travel conditions, including during the morning commute. Be
prepared for reduced visibilities at times. Plan on difficult
travel conditions. Significant reductions in visibility are
possible.
