Adrian Peterson surrenders to police in Texas, charged with injuring child with a "switch" Video included

Vikings running back Adrian Peterson surrendered to authorities in Conroe, Texas, Saturday morning and was booked at the Montgomery County Jail.  Peterson was indicted by a grand jury and faces a charge of reckless or negligent injury to a child.  The Vikings have deactivated Peterson from the team's roster and he will not play Sunday against the New England Patriots.  Attorney Rusty Hardin said the NFL star used a "switch" to spank his four-year-old son after misbehaving.
