Athlete of the Week - Sophia Yoemans, Red Wing Golf Video included

Red Wing's Sophia Yoemans blew away the competition this past week at the Class AA girls golf tournament, winning her second straight state title. Par For The Course - Willow Creek Video included

Par for the Course is back for another season, and this year's first installment is at Willow Creek in Rochester. Willow Creek is a challenging 18 hole course in the southern part of town, mixing in narrow fairways with challenging greens for golfers looking to sharpen their game.  Willow Creek's marquee hole is Hole #8, a tricky dog leg left. With trees lining both sides off the tee, and an out of bounds hazard looming in the distance, precise play is a necessity.

Iowa Wrestler Shot in Knee

Former KM Star and current Iowa All-American Wrestler Sam Stoll was shot in the knee earlier today in what police say appears to be from an accidental discharge. Police were notified of the shooting at 4:37 A-M, the injury is not life threatening but needed treatment at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. According to a preliminary investigation several people were in a residence in Iowa City when a person discharged a firearm accidentally striking Stoll in the knee. More>>

Rochester's Matthew Hurt Helps Team USA To Gold Medal Video included
