Albert Lea company recalls crab and spinach dip

Updated:

ALBERT LEA, Minn. (KTTC-DT) -- An Albert Lea company is recalling two different kinds of dip over possible salmonella contamination.

Mrs. Gerry's Kitchen, Inc. says it was told by a supplier that the company's Spinach Dip and Crab Creole Spread may contain salmonella.

No illnesses have been reported and the recall is being done as a precaution.

Mrs. Gerry's products are sold in 11 states, including Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin.

If you have Mrs. Gerry's Kitchen Spinach Dip or Crab Creole Spread, you can return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
