    WHO:   TownePlace Suites Vice President and Global Brand Manager Peggy
           Fang Roe will join members of the TownePlace Suites brand team and
           local TownePlace Suites general managers to deliver hundreds of
           homemade fleece blankets to the patients at Children's National
           Medical Center.

    WHAT:  TownePlace Suites is kicking off its new "real giving" campaign by
           delivering 300 blankets to Children's National Medical Center. The
           brand raised enough money to provide a blanket to every patient at
           the hospital, and then some!  In line with the TownePlace Suites
           brand connection with the local community, the "real giving"
           program is designed to benefit children's hospitals around the
           country.
