STOCKTON, Minn. (KTTC-DT) Highway 14 between Stockton and Winona reopened around 3:30 p.m. Monday afternoon after being shut down for 7 1/2 hours.
Drivers were experiencing significant delays after a multi-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck around 8 a.m.
KTTC reporter Josh Stevens says the semi was going down Stockton Hill, when it rolled onto a truck and SUV.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation says the semi was hauling construction materials and everything needs to be picked up before the highway can reopen.
No one was seriously hurt in the crash.
