Freeborn County receives H1N1 vaccine

FREEBORN COUNTY, Minn. (KTTC-DT) -- Freeborn County will be holding its first public H1N1 vaccine clinics next week.

The county has received 500 doses of the vaccine and will be administering it to high risk groups on November 10th and November 14th at the Freeborn County Fairgrounds in the Fairlane Building.

The vaccine is free and will be given first come, first serve.

High risk groups include:

  • Pregnant women
  • People who live with or provide care for babies under six months old
  • Children six months - 4 years old
  • Children 5-18 years old with underlying medical conditions
