FREDERICKSBURG, Iowa (AP) -- The Iowa State Patrol has been investigating a crash that killed two teenage boys who died when their go-kart collided with a pickup truck.
Officers say 14-year-old William Beaulieau of Fredericksburg was driving the go-kart just southeast of town when it collided with a Ford pickup truck.
Both Beaulieau and his 15-year-old passenger, Jacob Murray of Sumner, were thrown from the go-kart.
The truck's driver, 30-year-old Chad Stange of Waucoma, was also injured. His injuries weren't known.
The accident Friday afternoon is under investigation.
