ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC-DT) -- An homeless man was arrested after getting into a fight with a security guard at the Cub Foods in Rochester.
Police say 38-year-old Neil Holmes was trying to steal anti-itch cream, when he got into a scuffle with the guard.
Holmes was handcuffed, but officers found three knives and methamphetamines in his pockets.
He faces charges for theft, disorderly conduct and having a controlled substance.
