BLAINE, Minn. (AP) - A 60-year-old man riding a bike was struck and killed by a car in Blaine.
The crash happened about 4 p.m. Wednesday. Police say the bicyclist was riding in a traffic lane when he was struck by a car driven by a 32-year-old woman from Ramsey.
Police say the driver remained on the scene and cooperated with investigators.
